Job Title: Account Coordinator

Reports to: Director of Sales

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Create sell sheets for marketing material
  • Generate sales reports
  • Utilize JDA for electronic planogram planning
  • Monitory store double dips
  • Review & approve store rebates
  • Split/Cancelled Orders

Database Maintenance:

  • Manage CAARS database including:
  • New Items
  • Pricing Updates
  • Remove Discontinued Items
  • Assortments
  • Test Orders

Maintaining Vendor Information:

  • Maintain manufacturing terms, logins, and contacts.

Tradeshow Support:

  • Assist in preparing for tradeshows by managing show orders, printing marketing materials, ordering lunches, organizing booth materials, and creating show binders.
  • Coordinate logistics such as hotel bookings, transportation quotes, booth setup/teardown, and virtual booth creation.

Attend Manufacturing/Sales Meetings:

  • Participate in meetings with manufacturers and sales teams to provide support and gather relevant information.

Special Projects:

  • Coordinate call projects and develop training documents for processes and onboarding.
  • Assist in setting up POG (Planogram) and organizing warehouse samples.
  • Support resets and generate various reports, including P.O. projections, wholesale reports, competitor matrix, and sales reports.

Qualifications:

Education - A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred; however, we will consider candidates with 2-4 years of equivalent work experience in a customer facing or retail environment.

Computer Skills - Successful performance in this role requires familiarity with Internet software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Travel Requirements:

Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time, which may occasionally extend into weekends for tradeshows. Travel encompasses various activities such as attending tradeshows, store resets, customer meetings, and vendor meetings. Some of this travel may require trips out of state.

Physical Demands:

In this role, you'll find yourself primarily seated, engaging in discussions, or listening attentively. Expect to utilize the keyboard and computer screen extensively. While occasional standing and walking are part of the job, particularly during events like tradeshows, where you may be on your feet for 8-12 hours. At times, you may need to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
