Since its inception in 1979, Creeden has been unwavering in its dedication to fostering sustainable and profitable growth for both our world-class customers and manufacturer partners. The journey, from the visionary leadership of Bob Creeden to the past decade under the leadership of Dan Crane, reflects our deep-rooted commitment to continuous improvement, now an integral part of our organizational DNA.

At Creeden, we are on a mission to address the sales challenges faced by our manufacturers. We tackle this dilemma by driving product distribution while ensuring pull-through at the store or channel level. Our approach begins with a thorough understanding of your unique challenges, from which we craft a strategy tailored to the opportunities we identify together. This strategy evolves dynamically as your business matures in the channel and as our partner's challenges evolve.

Our proven 3-pillar strategy encompasses:

  1. Driving Distribution: We focus on getting your products into distribution, supported by a comprehensive suite of back-office and trade show assistance.
  2. National Sales Force: Our dedicated team is empowered to drive your key initiatives onto the shelves of over 100 hardware stores daily.
  3. Strategic Accounts Team: We deploy a specialized team focused on program development with the top chains in the channel, representing thousands of additional retail locations.

This strategic formula has consistently delivered success, propelling us to achieve year-over-year sales growth.

In January 2024, Creeden underwent an ownership transition to myself and my four partners. Our collective goal is crystal clear: not only to maintain the delivery of world-class service but also to elevate our operations daily, empowering our partners to navigate the ever-evolving complexities of a dynamic marketplace.
