A Letter From Our PRESIDENT & CEO
I take great pride in leading the nearly 70 Creeden employees that service our manufacturers and customers. The company started in the late 70's with Bob and Vikki Creeden. They started with one manufacturer and a handful of customers in the basement of their townhome. Over the last four decades, Bob and our team helped build one of the finest manufacturer representative businesses in the industry. Bob entrusted me with his organization in 2013 and we continue to share Bob's vision to never be satisfied.
As an organization, there is a zest and passion to serve, compete, and evolve each and every day. This is especially important in the rapidly changing environment of how the world goes to market. One thing that hasn't changed during these times is how important is to make every single interaction count by providing an experience that is above and beyond. We strive to treat every customer and manufacturer like it's our only piece of business.
We are a different organization and work diligently every day to stay that way. Our motto is Sales, Marketing, Technology and those are more than just words to us. Our team works in a different way than conventional sales reps in collaborating with our business partners and employees to build business in every way possible. We are selective in who we partner with and that allows us to provide the ultimate service to our partners.
