Title: Customer Support Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serving the Customer – The primary duty is to serve our customers and be a point of contact to help with critical business functions such as: answering the phone, managing support tickets, placing orders, tracking orders, providing price quotes, and solving all customer problems with thoroughness and with care to each customer’s needs.
  • Sales Support – Assist with special projects for the sales teams such as creating reports in Excel, presentations, data analysis, sales tracking, and price shops.

Education/Experience:  A bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, we will consider candidates with 2-4 years of equivalent work experience in an office, customer-facing, or retail environment.
