Duties & Responsibilities

  • Customer Support – Front line for customer contact including receiving orders, tracking orders, providing price quotes for our manufacturers, and following up with customers to deliver a world-class customer experience.
  • Headquarter Sales & Account Management Support – Assist in providing customer sales reports, creating presentations, providing data analysis, creating & maintaining sales tracking, and reporting.
  • Field Sales Team Support – Attend trade shows as needed, assist in field program resets, and coordinate sales material for product launches, store resets and trade shows

Required Competencies

  • Ability to Travel – Some travel is expected to support trade shows, industry events and field resets as needed.  Travel not to exceed 20%.

Education/Experience:  A bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, we will consider candidates with 2-4 years of equivalent work experience in an office, customer facing or retail environment.
