Regional Sales Manager

Summary:
• Communicate and promote field action plans to facilitate the implementation of the companies focused programs and top priorities. • Attend weekly video calls with President to provide field updates and other communications. • Maintain an excellent working knowledge of our manufacturers’ programs and products. • Work with account managers and Corporate HQ Reps on manufacture programs and rep bonus contests. • Enforce company policies and procedures. • New rep onboarding and training, identifying rep expectations in each individual territory. • Conducting regular employee evaluations, establishing clear sales objectives for each sales rep. • Continually monitor and track sales rep performance. • Work closely with HR on new and updated employee policies. • Review, approve and share (mfg.’s and HQ’s) NSF rep Action Reports. • Attend trade shows – managing the floor during show hours and set-up / teardown of manufacturer booths (10 plus per year), normally over weekends. • Vacation and expense approvals. • Traveling regularly with assigned sales reps in their territory, focusing on training and evaluating rep performance. • Provide necessary training to reps needed to generate sales and close new business.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Attend weekly video calls with President to provide field updates and other communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • 10 Years Equivalent Work Experience
