Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serving the Customer – The primary duty is to serve our customers and be a point of contact to help with orders and requests.
    • Process orders and credit approvals
    • Give customers information about pricing and products
    • Communicate with customers via phone and email
    • Interfaces with appropriate staff to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
    • Responds to staff members inquiries regarding data entered or source documents.
    • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers
    • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
  • Sales Support – Assist with special projects for the sales teams such as creating reports in Excel and call projects when necessary.
  • Field Support – Attend trade shows as needed, assist in field program resets, and coordinate sales material for product launches, store resets and trade shows.

Education/Experience 

A high school diploma is required with 1-2 years of equivalent work experience.
